Even before this, on November 4, 2008, the plane had crashed in central Mexico City. At that time, Mexico’s Home Secretary Juan Camilo Maurino and nine other people were aboard. At that time, during emergency landing, while moving towards Mexico City International Airport, it was hit by strong turbulence, due to which all the people on board lost their lives.
