
Use lemon and baking soda to remove dirt and blackness from silver utensils. Cut a lemon and add some baking soda to it. Now apply this mixture on a silver vessel and rub it with a clean cloth. The vessel will start shining within a minute or two.

To remove grime from silver utensils, apply whatever white toothpaste you have at home on the utensils with the help of a brush or cloth. After rubbing for a while, wash it with water. The old shine of the vessel will return.

To shine copper utensils, take some vinegar in a bowl and mix salt in it, apply this mixture on the copper vessel and rub it for some time, then wash it with water and dry it, the old shine will come back.

To clean copper utensils, make a paste by mixing baking soda and lemon juice. Clean the copper vessel with this. After a few minutes, wash and wipe it with a clean cloth, the utensil will look like new.
