Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has started many new IT initiatives in the Secretariat. Whose objective is to deliver government services directly to the citizens. Complain through CM Jansunwai portal and app

The Chief Minister Jansunwai Portal and Mobile App has been designed as a single window platform for the citizens of Delhi. Here, complaints related to Delhi Municipal Corporation, DDA, Delhi Police and all the departments of Delhi Government can be registered at one place. Departments and areas have already been mapped in the system.

So that the complaint reaches the right officer directly. The user interface has been kept simple. So that a person can easily register his views even if he has less technical knowledge. As soon as the complaint is submitted, a unique reference ID is received. So that the entire further process can be tracked.

Complaint will be monitored

In the new system it is not just about filing complaints. Rather, the complaint will also be resolved in due time. For this, a three-tier system has been implemented which includes Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Appellate Authority and Final Appellate Authority. If the solution is not found within the stipulated time or a satisfactory answer is not received. Then the matter will automatically reach the next level. SMS updates will be sent at every stage. If citizens wish, they can also send reminders. If the feedback is negative then the system will automatically advance to the upper level. .

Submit complaint directly to Chief Minister

The government has given four different mediums to lodge complaints. First online portal, second mobile app, third call center number 1902 and fourth offline method directly through the Chief Minister’s Office. That means, if your complaint is not resolved then you can directly go to the Chief Minister’s office and submit your complaint directly to the Chief Minister.
