Actor Hrithik Roshan often interacts with fans by making special posts on social media. In the latest post, he told how to overcome sudden sadness. He also told an easy solution to deal with it. Hrithik posted a deep and thought provoking post on Instagram, in which he spoke openly about the sudden sadness and emotions in the morning.
Hrithik told an easy way to deal with sadness
He started the post jokingly by writing ‘Legal warning: meaningless morning nonsense’. Hrithik wrote that after good times pass, suddenly all the evils of the world come to the fore. Even good things start showing their other, negative side and the day passes faster. He told how intelligently we distort these emotions and make our own theories, find reasons and think of solutions, but still we are unable to get ourselves out of this absurd, meaningless sadness. This sadness takes hold of us without warning.
Hrithik further said that he is putting his current emotions into words. Trying to hide sadness with big words and presenting it in an attractive manner. He expressed concern over the state of the world where meaningless things are presented so well that they seem necessary and logical. Then he mentioned science, according to neuroscientist Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, any emotion in its pure form lasts only for 90 seconds. After that it changes or merges with some other emotion, then there is no point in thinking too much.
He wrote, ‘It took me 45 seconds, 45 are left.’ At the end of the post, he mentioned those people who would not be able to understand this strange post or would get angry later.
