Let us tell you how to protect your eyes during the monsoon season, so that there is no obstruction in enjoying the hot tea, pakoras and movie. Because if there is any problem in the eyes, the dream of enjoying the rain may be postponed till next year.

According to Dr. Ashish Patel, bacteria spread rapidly due to moisture in the air during the rainy season and increasing dirt in the atmosphere. These bacteria can cause eye infections. Initially, they show mild symptoms like redness, itching or water coming, but if they are ignored, the problem can increase and can also affect the vision.

Experts suggest that this season pay special attention to the cleanliness of the eyes. After coming from outside, wash the eyes with clean water and do not touch the eyes with dirty hands.

People wearing contact lenses always dissect them and do not use old eye makeup. Use antibacterial drops with doctor’s advice if needed.

There is a high risk of spreading bacteria in the monsoon, so it is important to pay special attention to the cleaning of the eyes. Always wash and dry your towel daily, because dirty and wet clothes become an ideal place for bacteria.

Wash the eyes with clean water at least twice a day. Make a habit of washing your eyes with cold water in the morning and night. If you have returned from outside or are in dust, then wash your eyes immediately so that dirt and bacteria do not accumulate.

In this season, take extra caution when wearing contact lenses. Always wash hands thoroughly before applying the lens. Do not use old lenses or a solutionless lens, as it may increase the risk of infection.
