According to the report, BCCI is now going to take the trophy dispute to ICC. A report in India Today states that BCCI will raise the issue of Asia Cup trophy dispute in the ICC meeting to be held in Dubai. The ICC meeting will be held in Dubai from 4 to 7 November. It is also expected that other countries will also support India in the meeting.
Earlier, an ACC meeting was held on September 30, in which BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla had expressed strong opposition to the actions of Mohsin Naqvi. Rajiv Shukla had said that the Asia Cup trophy is not anyone’s personal property and its real owner is Team India.
