Despite American pressure, India is buying crude oil from Russia. In an interview with Fox Business, Jamieson Greer said that India has taken steps to reduce the import of Russian oil. However, he also said that due to the concessions in oil supply from Russia, it is difficult to stop imports completely.

Regarding this, Jamieson Greer, close to Trump, said that due to the changing trade policy of America, a free trade deal has been made between India and EU.

He said that India is going to get the biggest benefit in the deal with the European Union. India’s reach in the European market will increase. He said that while America is trying to fix some of the problems of globalization, Europe is placing more emphasis on globalization.
