These days the Roshan family is continuously buying in the property market of Mumbai. Now according to the latest information, Hrithik Roshan’s two family companies have purchased 10 new office units in Andheri West. According to property registration documents, the total price of these office units is Rs 28 crore. All these units are located on the third and fourth floors of Yura Business Park. This deal was registered on 27 November 2025.
10 units taken in the name of different companies
According to the report, it is stated in the documents that 10 units were taken in the name of two different companies. HRX Digitech LLP, in which Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan are partners, has bought 5 units. The remaining 5 units have been taken in the name of Filmkunj Bombay Private Limited, of which Hrithik Roshan and his mother Pinky Roshan are directors.
According to the documents, the total RERA carpet area of these 10 office units is 6,968 square feet. The size of each unit is approximately between 769 to 852 square feet. This purchase also happened when the Roshan family had made another big deal just a few days ago. On November 19, 2025, Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pinky Roshan had purchased 5 commercial units in Andheri for Rs 19.68 crore.
Hrithik Roshan’s sister also bought two offices
A few days later, on 24 November 2025, Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina Rakesh Roshan bought two offices in Andheri East area of Mumbai. According to media reports, Sunaina Roshan has bought these two offices for Rs 6.42 crores. The carpet area of this office is 2,471 square feet and it is located on the eighth floor of a building named Vaidya West World One Aeropolis. The price of Sunaina’s first property purchased is Rs 3.16 crore. It is clear from these continuous purchases that the Roshan family is rapidly expanding its commercial property in Mumbai.
Hrithik Roshan’s last film
Talking about the work front, Hrithik Roshan was last seen in Ayan Mukherjee’s action thriller film ‘War 2’, which was released in August 2025. Junior NTR and Kiara Advani were also with him in the film.
