After reaching India, he had to go to court to get entry into his own house. She had bought this property before marriage in the year 2004, but now her husband is claiming it as his own. He also had to take a big loan for this fight. Despite joint custody and an existing order from the Austrian Family Court, they have not yet been allowed to talk to their children.
