Big news related to transfer of IAS officers has come to light in Uttar Pradesh. In the recently released list, IAS Mahendra Kumar Singh was given joining as CDO Rampur but within 12 hours he was transferred again and now he has been made CDO Maharajganj.
IAS Mahendra Kumar Singh was transferred again within a few hours. In his place, IAS Gulab Chand has now been made CDO Rampur. Whereas IAS Gulab Chand was earlier transferred to the post of CDO Maharajganj, which has been canceled and he has now been made CDO Rampur.
Principal Secretary reversed the order within 24 hours
IAS M Devaram Principal Secretary Appointment Department has reversed its order within 24 hours. According to sources, a new transfer order has been issued after special recommendation and pressure, after which many speculations are being made in the bureaucracy regarding this decision of the Appointment Department.

Within a few hours, it is being discussed that the IAS officers of SCS cadre have been successful in getting the transfer canceled and diverted even among the SIR. Whereas the IAS officer of RR cadre is unsuccessful even after the recommendation of his bureaucrat wife to get posting near the district.
It is being told that in the coming days, even bigger changes can be seen at the administrative level. In such a situation, small transfers of IAS and PCS officers will continue.
Let us tell you that before the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list, the UP government had transferred 46 IAS officers including three Divisional Commissioners, 10 District Magistrates on Tuesday itself. The names of IAS Mahendra Kumar Singh and IAS Gulab Chand were also included in these.
IAS Mahendra Kumar was earlier holding the post of Additional District Magistrate in Ayodhya, after which he was transferred to Chief Development Officer Rampur but after 12 hours he was again transferred to CDO Maharajganj. Whereas IAS Gulab Chand was transferred from Additional District Magistrate Moradabad to CDO Maharajganj and now he has been sent to CDO Rampur.
