Institute of Banking Personnel Selection i.e. IBPS has released the scorecard of the preliminary examination for Customer Service Associate (CSA) or Clerk recruitment. Thousands of candidates were eagerly waiting for this update. Now all the candidates who appeared for the exam can easily check their marks by visiting the official website ibps.in. The window to download the scorecard will be open from 25 November to 2 December 2025. During this time, candidates can check their marks and make better preparation for the main examination.
This scorecard is also important because when IBPS declared the result of CRP-CSA-XV preliminary exam on 20th November 2025, candidates were only able to see whether they have passed or not. At that time only qualifying status was shown. Now with the arrival of the scorecard, candidates will be able to compare their exact marks, cut-off and decide further strategy.
This is considered a big update for the students who appeared in the examination.
- Main exam on 29th November
IBPS main examination will be held on 29 November 2025. The institute has given many important instructions to the candidates regarding this examination, many of which are necessary. If any candidate does not follow these then he may face trouble in the examination centre.
First of all, candidates must take these documents with them. They include signed call letter of preliminary examination, fresh call letter of main examination, any valid identity proof, copies of photographs and hard copies of the documents uploaded in the application.

Biometric verification of all the candidates will be done at the examination centre. In this, fingerprint and photograph of the candidate will be taken. IBPS has clearly said that if there is any problem in biometrics then the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
How to view scorecard,
- Candidates first go to the official website of IBPS, ibps.in
- Click on the link “CRP-CSA-XV Scorecard”
- Now enter your registration number or roll number
- After this enter the password or date of birth (DD-MM-YYYY)
- Then enter the captcha shown on the screen
- Now as soon as you click on Login, your scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Download and save a copy of it for future reference.
