Georgia Vol became the ICC Women’s Player of the Month
Georgia Wol, who made his international debut in international cricket in December last year, won the ICC Women Player Award for March 2025. Vol has surpassed Chetna Prasad of Hammavatan Senior Annabel Sutherland and USA. The 21-year-old Vol played a key role in Australia’s 3–0 win over White Ferns in March. Wole helped the team by giving a confident start with experienced Bath Muni at the other end and finished second after her opening partner in terms of scoring runs (161 runs).
