ICC Hall of Fame: Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been given the biggest honor by ICC. Former Indian captain and great wicketkeeper batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been included in the Hall of Fame by the International Cricket Council (ICC). He has become the 11th player of India who has received this honor. Dhoni’s name too has now joined the list of veteran players who have made their valuable contribution in the history of cricket.
The ICC on Monday formally announced the inclusion of Dhoni in the Hall of Fame. Dhoni has been given this honor for winning three big ICC trophies and his brilliant captaincy. He won India in the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup and 2013 Champions. Dhoni is the only captain in the world to achieve this feat.
Ravi Shastri compared to pocket
Ravi Shastri, former coach of the Indian cricket team on this honor received by Dhoni, has also given his response in a different way. Ravi Shastri compared Dhoni to a pocket in a funny manner. He jokingly said in a conversation with Cricket Commentator Ian Bishop, "If you are in India, especially in Ahmedabad for a big match, then keep in mind that Dhoni is not behind you or else your wallet may disappear. & Rdquo;
