Winning team will get Rs 39.4 crore
The team that won this tournament will get US $ 4.48 million (about 39.4 crore rupees). This prize money is the highest ever and is about two and a half times more than the previous World Cup (2022).
Runner -up and semi -final team
The runner -up team of the World Cup will be given US $ 2.24 million (about Rs 19.7 crore).
The teams that lose the World Cup semi -finals will get a reward of US $ 1.12 million (about 9.8 crore rupees).
Group stage and other prizes
On winning every match in the group stage, the team will be given US $ 34,314 (about 30.19 lakh rupees).
Teams, who finished fifth and sixth, will get 7 million dollars (about 6.16 crore rupees).
The teams living at the seventh and eighth position will get a reward of 2.8 lakh dollars (about 2.46 crore rupees).
Every team will be given separate dollars (about Rs 2.2 crore) separately as a group stage participation fee.

This prize money has increased four times that now women cricket is also being given equal status to men. Where will the tournament be
The 13th edition of the Women’s World Cup 2025 will be played in India and Sri Lanka. Guwahati, Indore, Navi Mumbai and Visakhapatnam have been hosted by this tournament in India, while Sri Lanka will compete in Colombo.
