The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has ended the wait for the Company Secretary (CS) examination to be held in December 2025. The institute has released the admit card for both executive and professional programmes. Now all the students who are going to appear in this examination can download their admit card by visiting the official website of ICSI, icsi.edu.
CS exams for December session will be held from 22 December 2025 to 29 December 2025. That means the examination will run for a total of eight days, in which the examinations of different subjects will be held as per the scheduled time. ICSI has already advised the candidates to read all the information given on their admit card in time, note down the address of the examination center and reach the center well in time on the day of examination to avoid any kind of problem. Every year many students face difficulty in finding the examination centre, hence this time the organization has specially asked that the candidates should check the location a day before the examination.
It has also been clarified by ICSI that the admit cards for December exam will not be sent through post. This means that every candidate will have to download the admit card from the website himself. It is very important to take a print out of the admit card after downloading, because at most of the examination centres, the copy downloaded on mobile is not considered valid. ICSI told that check all the information present on the admit card carefully. These include important information like your name, photo, sign, registration number, name and complete address of the examination centre, date and time of the examination. If there is any mistake in these, do not wait till the examination, rather contact the institution immediately so that correction can be done in time.

Important instructions given along with the admit card are also an important part of the examination. In these it is told which things are to be taken to the examination center and which are not. For example, at many centers carrying bags, mobile phones, electronic items or notes is completely prohibited. If candidates do not read these instructions in time, they may face problems on the day of examination. ICSI has also specifically said that if any candidate finds any error in the admit card or faces any problem in downloading, he/she can immediately email. For this, the institution has issued the official email ID enroll@icsi.edu.
How to download?
Now let’s talk about the process of downloading the admit card. The process is very easy and any candidate can get their admit card in a few minutes. First of all the candidate has to go to the official website of ICSI, icsi.edu. After this, click on the link “ICSI CS December 2025 Admit Card” available on the home page. On opening the link, a new page will appear, where candidates will have to enter their login details like registration number and password. After filling the information, as soon as submit is clicked, the admit card will appear on the screen.
