Jharkhand news: Two security personnel, including Sub Inspector of CRPF 193 battalion, were injured in the IED blast of Naxalites in Chaibasa, Jharkhand. He was identified as Sub Inspector Sunil Kumar Mandal and Head Constable Partha Pratim Day. Both were airlifted Ranchi for treatment. Sub Inspector Sunil Kumar Mandal died. Official confirmation has been made by the police.

The first injured soldiers were rescued and brought to Chotanagara. According to rural sources, two ambulances and some Bolero vehicles were sent from Chhotanagara police station to the spot immediately after the incident. The injured soldiers were taken out and brought to Chotanagara police station through these vehicles. From here, preparations were made to send him to Ranchi for better treatment.

The IED blast occurred at around 2.30 pm on Saturday in the Marangponga area falling under Chhotanagara police station area of ​​Saranda forest in West Singhbhum district.
