In fact, in a case of conversion, the police arrested an accused. The Supreme Court granted bail to this person on 29 April. After this, on May 27, the lower court ordered the person to be released. Despite this, the authorities took about a month to release the person and he was released from the district jail in Ghaziabad on 24 June. When this matter reached the Supreme Court, the court reprimanded the state government and said that for a minor matter, the person was taken away for 28 days. To make up for this, the court ordered the state government to give compensation of five lakh rupees to the person.

Which fund makes compensation from which fund?

Let me tell you, the state governments or the central government have the disaster relief fund, due to which the compensation amount is distributed to the victims in different cases. Many times governments themselves announce compensation in natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, hailstorm cases. This compensation is given from the relief fund of the government.
