If it rains, how will the result of IPL Final get?

The final of IPL 2025 is going to be held on Tuesday, June 3. Earlier this final match was to be held at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. But due to tension between India and Pakistan, this match was shifted to Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. If it rains in this final match to be held on Tuesday, then 2 hours of extra time has been kept for this match, so that the result of this match can come from 1 to 1:30 pm late at night.

Reserve Day will be available for the final?

In the final match between Punjab and Bengaluru, after 7:30 pm, it rains continuously and if the match is not possible, then a Reserve Day has also been kept for the IPL final. If the final is not done on June 3, then this match will shift on 4 June. However, on June 3, the possibility of rain in Ahmedabad is only 20 percent.

If it rains on June 4 and the match is not possible, then Punjab Kings will be declared the winner of IPL 2025. The reason behind this is that the Punjab team topped the points table in league matches. However, both teams scored 19–19 points in league matches. But the net run rate of Punjab Kings was better than Royal Challengers Bangalore, so Punjab’s team was at number one and Bengaluru was second.
