Home Minister Amit Shah addressed a public meeting in Darbhanga on the last day of campaigning for Bihar Assembly elections. Making a sharp attack on the opposition in his speech, he said that those who ran Jungle Raj are now trying to return in a new guise. He appealed to the public to press the button on Kamal Chaap to prevent jungle raj from reoccurring in the state.

Amit Shah said that AIIMS was built in Darbhanga under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which is now adding a new chapter to the health services of the state. He said, “Lalu Prasad Yadav and Rahul Gandhi were in power at the Center for 10 years, but they did nothing for the development of Darbhanga. The Modi government kept what it promised.” He further said that the development of Darbhanga is not going to stop now. Preparations for the metro project are also going on here, which will give new momentum to Mithila region.

What did Amit Shah say on Ram Mandir issue?

The Home Minister also raised the Ram Temple issue strongly in his speech. He said that Mughals, British, Congress and Lalu – all together stopped the construction of Ram temple, but as soon as Modi ji came to power, the dream of Ram temple in Ayodhya came true.” He said that this temple is not only the center of faith of crores of Hindus, but is also the identity of India’s culture and faith.

“If Pakistan misbehaves, the answer will be given not by bullets but by shells.”

The Home Minister also gave a strong message to Pakistan. He said that terrorists killed innocent civilians in Pahalgam. Modi government entered Pakistan and eliminated the terrorists. If Pakistan misbehaves again, bullets will be answered with shells.”

Will defense corridor be built in Bihar?

Amit Shah also announced that a defense corridor will be built in Bihar on the lines of UP and Tamil Nadu, which will provide employment to thousands of youth. He said that Bihar will no longer be just a state of migration, but will also make its mark in the field of defense and industry of the country.

“RJD is against women”

Attacking RJD, Amit Shah said that Lalu Yadav’s party opposed the Women Employment Scheme and wrote a letter to the Election Commission asking that Rs 10,000 given to Jeevika Didi be taken back. He said, “This reflects RJD’s mentality against women. The Modi government has worked for the respect and empowerment of women.”
