
Sit or lie down immediately: Instead of standing as soon as you get dizzy, sit immediately or lie down. This prevents fall and blood flow remains normal in the brain.

Take deep breaths and close your eyes: By taking deep breath, the flow of oxygen increases and the brain gets relief. Close your eyes and sit peacefully for a few minutes.

Drink glucose: One of the reasons for dizziness may be dehydration or fall of blood sugar. In such a situation, consumption of a glass of water or glucose can give immediate relief.

Lie up by raising the head: If you are lying down then try to keep the head slightly elevated. Due to this, there is a balance in blood pressure and brain conditions.

Making away from mobile or screen: In case of dizziness, make a distance from the screen of mobile, TV or laptop immediately as it can worsen the situation.

See a doctor when you are repeatedly. If you are getting dizzy again and again, it can be a sign of vitamin deficiency, blood pressure or ear problem. In such a situation, it is necessary to get a doctor tested.
