NDA achieved a landslide victory

The ruling National Democratic Alliance in Bihar registered a spectacular victory on Friday by winning 202 seats in the elections for the 243-member Bihar Assembly. Bharatiya Janata Party emerged as the largest party by winning 89 seats. Janata Dal United won 85 seats, while Union Minister Chirag Paswan-led Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) got 19 seats.
