Shah, Mufti Sayeed, G.N. Azad, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti have all been Chief Ministers of Jammu and Kashmir. Owaisi said that if he wanted, he could have easily removed the PSA and prevented countless sufferings and human rights violations.
