Register complaint in one call

If dirt is seen in the general coach, there is a water problem, the lights are off or the charging point is not working. So you do not need to complain at different places. The system is designed in such a way that information reaches the staff traveling with the train immediately. After this the staff comes to your coach and starts the cleaning work.

Facility is also available through website

If you want to complain online instead of calling. So you can go to Clean My Coach portal. Here you have to enter your PNR number, mobile number, coach number and berth number. As soon as the form is submitted, the complaint gets registered in the system. This information first reaches the control office in Mumbai. From where an alert is sent to the cleaning staff present in the train through SMS. After this the employees reach out to you and solve the problem. At present this service is available in 2167 trains.

Even if the internet is not working, the option is still available. You have to go to the message box of your phone and write CLEAN. Then you have to enter the 10 digit PNR number and after that type the service code. There are different codes for different needs. C means cleaning, W means water system, P means disinfection or pest control, B means linen or bed roll, E means lighting or AC related problem and R means minor repair. As soon as the message is sent, the complaint is registered and the staff reaches your coach in about 15 minutes.
