Ramdev said that he first worships the Earth and his gurus and sages. After this, he drinks hot water, which immediately cleanses the stomach. After that he takes a bath and then meditate for an hour every morning.

When asked about an ordinary vegetarian diet, Baba Ramdev said that he never tricks in his simple diet. He believes that satvic food is very important for maintaining health.

Baba Ramdev also recommended some yoga asanas, which everyone should do daily. He said, “People must do Kapalbhati and Anulom Antonyms.”

Satvik diet is obtained from natural sources and there is no artificial element, preservative or harmful thing. It does not put a light, easy to digest and burden the digestive system. It also helps in balanceing bile and phlegm.
