In which applicants who bid more than the Reserve Prize will get a plot. It will be mandatory for the applicant to bid a minimum of 50 thousand rupees. At the same time, the application fee for this scheme has been fixed at Rs 2,300. After this, the registry of the plot will start after the names of the people applying for the plots come in the list.
Which sector are plots
Under the new scheme, the plot is in Sector 41, 44, 48, 51, 53, 56, 61, 72, 99, 105, 122 and 151 of Noida. It is believed that under this scheme, people who buy plots in these sectors will be able to avail better connectivity and modern facilities in the future.
Plots of Industrial and Institutional Department will also be launched
According to Yida, this month, not only residential plots but new schemes of institutional and industrial properties will also be launched. This includes four plots of the institutional department and seven of the industrial department. The authority is estimated to have an income of about Rs 450 crore from these schemes. At the same time, under the industrial plot scheme of Yida, only small size plots will be made through auction. This scheme will create new employment opportunities for more than 3000 people in the area.
