Recently, at IFFI Goa 2025, we talked to one Prakash Magdom in which he told that IFFI Goa 2025 is such an international platform where the best of world cinema and the best of Indian cinema can be seen at one place. Here 7 to 10 films are screened daily, which provides global cinematic exposure to the delegates. The biggest highlight of this festival is that independent and young filmmakers get this direct interaction with producers, directors and world class cinema experts, further he says that Film Bazaar is the business hub of IFFI where opportunities like mentorship, fund-raising, gap funding and film pitching are available. Another special part of IFFI is the masterclasses, where renowned directors, cinematographers, editors and film experts share their experiences. People of every age group participate in these sessions and ask questions through Q&A. Along with this, he tells that 5000+ films are being digitized and restored under the National Film Heritage Mission supported by the government, a showcase of which can also be seen in IFFI. IFFI has become a perfect place for filmmakers, actors and cinema lovers
