Minister’s appeal to people- be cautious in bad weather
Vijay Kumar Mandal said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has also announced compensation, all the dead will be given a compensation of four lakh rupees. Apart from this, farmers whose crops have been damaged will be helped by the government.
He said that he is with the affected families in this hour of disaster. He has appealed to the people to be cautious in bad weather. In case of bad weather, follow the suggestions issued by the Disaster Management Department from time to time. Stay in homes and be safe.
Chance of rain in the whole of Bihar tomorrow, strong winds will go on
Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that rains, electricity and thunderstorms are likely to continue across Bihar till April 12. Also, there is a possibility of hailstorm and strong winds in some areas. That is, the next 24 hours is also important for Bihar.
Cyclonic circulation arising from a low pressure area above the Bay of West-Central Bengal is affecting the serious weather pattern. IMD has also issued an alert for the next five days, in which residents of sensitive districts have been cautioned. Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Madhepura, Saharsa, Purnia, Katihar, Bhagalpur, Khagaria, Banka, Munger, Jamui, Sheikhpura, Begusarai, Patna, Nalanda, Nawada, Jehanabad and Gaya districts are likely to be affected.
