The suspect has been identified as Vijay Kumar, 51, of Atlanta. He is charged with aggravated assault, murder and first and third degree cruelty to children. The deceased include Kumar’s wife Meenu Dogra (43), three relatives, including Gaurav Kumar (33), Nidhi Chander (37), Harish Chander (38). All of them lived in Lawrence Ville.
