These include Afghanistan, Burma, China, India and Pakistan including Hamas, Belize, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Al Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaican, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Venezuela and Laosa.
