New york deciation: A historic step was taken at the United Nations General Assembly on Friday. The Mahasabha approved the “New York Declaration”, which states to carry forward two nation theory to resolve the Israeli Palestine dispute. The special thing is that in this proposal, Hamas, who controls the Gaza strip, has been completely separated.
142 countries voted in favor of this proposal, while 10 countries protested and 12 countries stayed away from voting. America and Israel were among those who opposed.
Hamas condemnation
The proposal called “New York Declaration on the Peaceful Settlement of Palestine and the Emplementation of the State Solution” was signed by 17 member countries in July. The purpose of this announcement is to establish peace, security and stability in the Middle East, which has been facing constant struggle since the Israel Hamas war broke out in October 2023. Hamas has been condemned in the proposal and demanded to put arms from him.

External Affairs Minister Gidon Saar said during a press conference in Croatia that Israel has called the latest proposal of US President Donald Trump of the release and ceasefire agreement in Gaza as “yes”. “The war in Gaza can end tomorrow. We are ready to accept the agreement on the end of the cabinet.
He further said that the Israeli government has two conditions to end the war – first, the release of all Israeli hostages and the second Hamas should put its weapon. Describing Hamas as “a problem for Palestinians and the region”, he said that Hamas’s disarmament “ensures a better future for the residents and the Palestinians.
