IND vs Eng Test Series 2025: Under the captaincy of Shubman Gill, the Indian cricket team will play the first Test against England from June 20, for which the team has started preparing in England. Yashasvi Jaiswal
Opener Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 24 and 64 runs in the first Test. In the second Test, he scored 17 and 5 runs. Of course, his bat did not run in both these Tests, but his efforts would have been to mold themselves under the circumstances of England. He is an aggressive batsman and his record against England has also been good. He can start the innings with Shubman Gill.
Shardul Thakur can get a chance
One of Shardul Thakur and Nitish Reddy can find a place in the playing 11, although the performance of both of them is not special for India A but Shardul Thakur may get attention. Nitish Reddy took 2 wickets in 2 Tests, scored 135 runs in 4 innings. Shardul was able to score only 80 runs in 3 innings, 2 in the first match and he did not get any wicket in the second match. But Shardul can be placed in playing 11 based on the previous performance.
