Shubman Gill has been elected captain of the Test team after Rohit Sharma’s retirement. Former India cricketer Dinesh Karthik warned Team India before the tour of England. A video of him is going viral, in which he is saying that this tour is not going to be easy for Gill and Team at all.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Dinesh Karthik said, “According to me, Shubman Gill has not yet realized what it means to be the best captain for Team India. He is going to enter the lion’s den. It is not easy to play in England, many big teams faced difficulties in England.”

However, Karthik also told that what is going to be in India’s favor in this tour. He said, “According to me, England’s bowling is weak. I can see the same positive thing on this tour for India. He can be put under pressure with good batting. When I say batting, I mean England’s batting will definitely put pressure on Team India. England’s bowling is still in progress and it can go in favor of the Indian team.”
