India vs New Zealand 3rd T20 Toss: In the third T20 match, India won the toss and decided to bowl first. The Indian team has made two major changes in its playing eleven. Arshdeep Singh and Varun Chakraborty are not part of the playing eleven. After missing the second T20 match, fast bowler Kyle Jamieson has returned to New Zealand’s playing eleven for the third match.

Two in-form bowlers of the Indian T20 team, Arshdeep Singh and Varun Chakraborty will not play this match. Captain Suryakumar Yadav confirmed at the time of the toss that Jasprit Bumrah and leg spin bowler Ravi Bishnoi have been included in the playing eleven in their place. Bumrah did not play the second match of the series, while Ravi Bishnoi will be playing a T20 match for Team India for the first time after February 2025.

New Zealand captain Mitchell Santner said that Kyle Jamieson will play this match in place of Zachary Foulkes. Jamieson is the same bowler who was the biggest headache for the Indian batsmen during the ODI series.

India’s playing eleven: Sanju Samson (wicketkeeper), Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav (captain), Shivam Dubey, Hardik Pandya, Rinku Singh, Harshit Rana, Ravi Bishnoi, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah.

New Zealand’s playing eleven: Devon Conway, Tim Seifert (wk), Rachin Ravindra, Glenn Phillips, Mark Chapman, Daryl Mitchell, Mitchell Santner (c), Kyle Jamieson, Matt Henry, Ish Sodhi, Jacob Duffy

Batsman or bowler, whom will the pitch support?

Big scores have been being made at Baraspara Stadium in Guwahati. For the third match, the pitch may favor the batsmen and due to the short leg and off-side boundaries, a lot of runs can be scored. The huge looking target of 225 runs has also been chased on this ground. Considering the dew factor, the Indian team has decided to chase.
