India is celebrating its 79th Independence Day on Friday, on this special day, many Bollywood celebrities greeted the countrymen through their social media handles. Many celebrities including Mrinal Thakur, Vikrant Masi, Anupam Kher, Sonu Sood and Rajkumar Rao were seen celebrating independence.
Mrinal Thakur wishes Independence Day like this
Mrinal Thakur shared a note on his Instagram stories, which said, “We carry stories together, remember the struggles and respect the place to write our stories.”
Sonu Sood waved the tricolor
Sonu Sood shared some old pictures of the days of ‘Fateh’ on his Instagram handle, when he went to the Attari-Wagah border. In the fans, the actor was carrying the tricolor and was also seen posing with the soldiers. In the caption of his post, Sonu just wrote, “Happy Independence Day.”
Vikrant Massey celebrated freedom
Vikrant Massey has recently won the National Award for Best Actor for his performance in the film 12th failure. He also shared a picture of the Indian national flag on his Instagram handle and wrote in Hindi, “My India, my life, my pride.
Rajkummar Rao congratulated freedom day like this
Rajkummar Rao also wrote an emotional note, “Wishing everyone a very happy Independence Day. Heartfelt gratitude to our Indian Armed Forces for his unwavering courage, dedication and selfless sacrifice in protecting us and our country. Jai Hind.”
Anupam Kher also shared wishes for Independence Day through his Instagram handle and wished for development in the country. Anupam Kher wrote, “Heartiest greetings and congratulations to all Indians living all over the world on Independence Day! Akshay Kumar shared a picture with real hero
Akshay Kumar also shared a picture with “real heroes” and appreciated those who cleaned the beaches of Mumbai. He wrote, “When we take care of the land under our feet, freedom looks more bright. I was an enjoying side volleyball, when I met the heroes of these real life who are keeping our beaches clean … Everyone was smiling, with full heart.”
