India started the day by 163 runs for four wickets. Jurael hit two fours in the mid -wicket field on Chris Woakes but failed to convert a good start into a big innings.

Jurael caught wicketkeeper Rev on AD Jack’s outswing. He hit three fours while facing 51 balls and added 46 runs for the fifth wicket with Reddy.

Reddy was seen in good rhythm but Hill bowled him and gave India a sixth blow. He hit four fours and a six during his 78 -ball innings.

Shardul hit Farhan Ahmed for two consecutive fours, but just before lunch, Hill bowled him too. He hit three fours and two sixes in his 47 -ball innings.

India A took a 21 -run lead by dismissing England Lions for 327 runs after scoring 348 runs in the first innings.
