To promote direct foreign investment, now the NITI Aayog has proposed to relax the rules, so far Chinese companies needed additional tough investigation to invest in India. NITI Aayog believes that this move will benefit some big deal companies in the country, because earlier due to strict rules, there was a lot of delay in filing some big deal.
According to the news of Business Standard, Chinese companies require security approval from Ministries and Ministry of Home Affairs to do business in India.
