According to the latest data from the Ministry of Commerce, India has created history in the matter of export of goods (GULS) and services in 2024-25. The country’s total exports reached $ 825 billion for the first time in FY 2024-25. The biggest role in this was the export of services (services), which reached a mark of $ 386.5 billion. That is, 13.6 percent increase compared to last year.
In March 2025, the export of services alone increased by 18.6 per cent to $ 35.6 billion, while in March 2024 it was $ 30 billion. Earlier in 2023-24, the total exports were $ 778.13 billion, that is, a total increase of 6 percent has been recorded in total this year.
The most important contributors in this edge include the sectors, telecom, computer and IT services. Apart from this, Transport, Travel Sector and Financial Services also contributed significantly.
PM Modi also mentioned Digital India
