India-turkey tension: Famous as a stronghold of terrorism, Pakistan has got open support from Turkey. Meanwhile, India has given a major blow to Turkey and canceled the security approval of Turkish airport’s ground handling company Selebi with immediate effect. This decision has been taken by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).
A government statement said, “Security approval in the case of Selebi Airport Services India Private Limited under the Ground Handling Agency Catgari was approved by the Director General of BCAS under letter number 15/99/2022-2022-BCAS/BCAS/E-191110 dated 21.11.2022.” The statement further stated, “The security approval regarding Celebi Airport Services India Private Limited is canceled with immediate effect, using the powers that the Director General of BCAS has received the powers.”
Boycott of Turkas
Under the Operation Sindoor launched in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, India entered inside Pakistan and destroyed many terrorist bases. Furious Pakistan tried to target the common citizens of India and military base and airbase, in which the Turkas helped Pakistan. He supplied his drones. Since then, the demand for boycott of Turki in India started arising and it is constantly being boycotted.

Actually, it is a Turki company that gives ground handling service in India. This company was offering services like baggage handling, ramp service and cargo handling at many main airports including Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad. Boca has clearly stated that this step has been taken in view of the security of the country. After taking these steps from the government, CELEBI will no longer be able to serve at any airport in India.
