Many big market experts have predicted about how India can be rich with the tariff of Trump. They believe that after the interaction on the bilateral trade agreement between India and the US, the business is going to be encouraged at the domestic level after the sealing of it. CEOs of several companies including Blue Star, Tata Consumer Products, Arvind and Dixon Technologies believe that the Indian business is going to be very competitive despite the tariff of Trump.

Export will increase tremendously

After the results of Dixon last week, the company’s managing director Atul Lal said that the company is going to expand its capacity to about 50 percent of its capacity to fulfill its already booked order. A large part of it will be exported to North America. However, he has not named any company or brand. It is believed that the main customer of this company is Motorola, who exports the handset in America. Also, the American brand is Google’s pixel.

In an Economic Times report last month, it was reported that Google wants to import its handset to America. However, the kind of apple and Samsung on behalf of US President Trump is being asked to produce in the US or fears of imposing 25 percent tariffs. In the midst of all this, experts believe that even after applying additional tariffs, it will be more cheaper to them to import from India.

Stretch moving towards India

In the same way, Apparel company Arvind and Gokaldas Exports have kept an optimistic attitude towards the market. Arvind’s Vice President Puneet Lalabhai says that the company is giving a huge bounce in the volume order from many of its American customers. Whereas, CEO of Tata Consumer Products, one of the FMCG leader, Anil D’Souza, since America does not have products like tea, coffee, he will remain on par but in terms of competitor. Whereas Haveld has recently sent the American of Made in India recently and said that India is going to benefit a lot from the trade agreement between the two countries.
