India Pakistan Ceasefire: The ceasefire agreement was announced between India and Pakistan on Saturday (May 10, 2025). Vikram Misri, Secretary, Indian Foreign Ministry, announced a ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan. The announcement of this announcement was now reacted by the head of the interim government of Bangladesh by posting on the social media platform X.
Mohammad Yunus, the chief advisor of the interim government of Bangladesh, said in his post, “I heartily appreciate the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif with the immediate effect to agree on the ceasefire and join the conversation.”
Yunus appreciated Donald Trump in his post, saying, “I would also like to appreciate US President Donald Trump and Foreign Minister Marco Rubio for effectively arbitration between India and Pakistan.”
