India Pakistan News: A 19 -year -old girl has been arrested by the police on Instagram in Kondhwa area of Pune city of Maharashtra for writing ‘Pakistan Zindabad’. This student is studying in a college in Pune and lives in Kausarbagh area of Kondhwa.
This action was taken on Friday (May 9) on the complaint of Police Constable Subhash Jarande. An FIR has been lodged in Kondhwa police station. Confirming the case, Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajkumar Shinde said that the accused woman has been arrested and further investigation is going on.
Police eye on social media
According to the FIR, the police was monitoring social media during the recent action being taken by the Indian Army against Pakistan. Meanwhile, an objectionable post of the accused girl came out on Instagram, in which finally ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ was written.

The police have accused the girl under various sections of the Indian Justice Code (BNS), including Section 152 (endangering India’s integrity), 196 (promoting enmity among groups), 197 (comments against national unity), 299 (the acting acts of religious sentiments), 352 (deliberate insult), and 353 (publicly insult), and 353

After this incident, activists of ‘Gross Hindu Samaj’ protested and demanded strict action against the accused. The police is investigating the entire case seriously and social media activities are being monitored.
