Gaza Peace Board is Trump’s ambitious plan regarding Gaza. Its purpose is to oversee the governance and redevelopment taking place in Gaza after the war.
Trump had announced a peace board for Gaza on January 16. In this, a plan has been made to establish peace in 20 points. It is being seen as a mechanism to resolve global disputes in future.

The names of these members of the Founding Executive Board were announced by Trump. This board includes former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, US Special Envoy for the Middle East Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, Mark Rowan (CEO Apollo Global Management), Ajay Banga (President of the World Bank), Robert Gabriel.
What information did the White House give?
Earlier the White House had said that there would be a board. Trump himself will preside over it. There will be a Palestinian committee of technocrats to rule the war-torn region. There will also be a second executive board. More and more advisors will play a role in this.

Pakistan has said that it has also received Trump’s invitation to join the Gaza Peace Board. Also, India is a country which is accepted by Israel and Palestine. Both the countries have historical relations with India. While India is a strategic partner of Israel, India has always provided humanitarian aid and assistance to Palestine.
Even during the recent conflict, India was prominent among the countries sending humanitarian aid to Gaza through Egypt. Earlier, Israeli Ambassador Reuven Azar had said that Pakistan would not be acceptable to Israel for the future of Gaza.
Other countries are reacting cautiously to Trump’s invitation
Governments of other countries have reacted cautiously to the invitation given by Trump. Its purpose is only to resolve disputes around the world. However, a diplomat has called it harmful to the work of the United Nations.
Invitations have been sent to 60 countries of the world
These invitations have been sent to 60 countries. European countries are also included among them. Other governments were hesitant in saying anything on these invitations sent by America. Washington has not explained the responsibilities of the countries in detail. Its members will be announced in the next few weeks.
A separate 11-member Gaza Executive Board will include Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Sigrid Kaag from the UN, UAE Minister Reem Al Hashimi, Israeli Cypriot billionaire Yakir Gabay and officials from the UAE, including Qatar.
