Indian Air Force I-Star: India has taken another major decision after Operation Sindoor. The Ministry of Defense is preparing to buy 3 high-tech spies for the Indian Air Force at a cost of Rs 10 crore. He is going to bring a proposal for this. The Air Force will be able to detect the exact position of the enemy through this. I-star (intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconcilitation) project will make the army easier.

The I-star gives the army air-to-ground surveillance. This will give accurate information of the enemy during the attack and it will be able to play an important role during any operation. The Indian Air Force will be able to get a clear picture on the ground to the ground and can easily attack the enemy’s ground locations (such as radar station, air defense units).

Project can be approved in the last week of June

This army project can be approved in the fourth week of June. Defense officials told ANI that the Rs 10,000 crore project for intelligence, surveillance, target attainment and reconnaissance (I-star) is expected to be kept for approval in the high level meeting of the Ministry of Defense, although no official statements have been made from the army so far.

What is special in i-star aircraft

India will join a special list after getting the I-Star spy aircraft. This aircraft is with very few countries, including the US, Britain and Israel. I-star gives time-sensitive taregging capacity and it increases the level of safety. It has a potential of multi-spectral surveillance.
