Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Center Authorized SSCPL to Offer Satellite Communication Services

Starlink Gen1: Starlink will play a revolutionary role in promoting digital connectivity in India. Through this, high -speed satellite will be transported to the internet in the remote remote areas of India. For this, Starlink Satellite Communications Private Limited (SSCPL) has been approved by the Indian National Space Promotion and Authority Center.

Starlink Gen-1 Low Earth Orbit (Leo) is officially authorized to provide satellite communication service using satellite group. This agreement is for 5 years. However, the operation of Starlink’s services will be subject to all regulatory approvers, approval and licenses received from government departments.

What is Starlink Jane-1?
Starlink Gane-1 is a global group, including 4,408 satellites, revolving around the Earth at a height of 540 to 570 km. The group is designed to provide a strong throwput of about 600 GBPS in India. It promises to bring revolutionary changes in internet access to urban users seeking high speed connectivity along with rural communities.

Villagers living in remote areas are of great advantage
Experts believe that the arrival of Starlinks can lead to a big change in connectivity for millions of Indians, especially in areas where the infrastructure of the Internet is limited or not present. This service is designed to provide uninterrupted broadband access to homes, businesses, schools and emergency services, which will create new opportunities for education, commerce and innovation.

Starlink is currently serving in Sri Lanka
A spokesperson of the IN-Space stressed that all the starlink operations in India would be strictly monitored to ensure compliance with national security and regulatory requirements. This step is also in line with global trends, as satellite internet groups are becoming an important component of the world’s digital ecosystem. Starlink has recently started operating satellites to provide broadband services in Sri Lanka.
