Student visa in America: The US embassy has issued strict warnings for Indian and international students studying in America. On Tuesday (May 27, 2025) on behalf of the US Embassy, the students reminded the students to strictly follow the visa rules, what the visa could be canceled if not followed and it may be difficult for them to get American visas in future.
This advisory advisory is for all students who go to the US to get higher education every year. The advisory issued by Embassy has emphasized that maintaining the status of the student is not only necessary for studies but also to get educational and commercial opportunities in America.
Drop out and class bunk can be canceled visa
Embassy especially told about the things that students’ visas can be canceled. Such as drop out, bunk class or leave your program without telling the school. It has been warned that if you drop out, the student can be canceled if you drop out classes or leave the school in the middle and do not give information to the school.
If these rules are not followed, students may face challenges while applying for American visas in future, which can affect their career plan. These warnings are in view of the conditions imposed under the F-1 visa, under which international students are required to maintain full course load and regular attendance under the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). By violating these conditions, they can be removed from the program and students in the country can fall into legal rounds.
