It is in 1980, Dhaniram did a work during this time which happened for the first time in the history of India. He made a fake judge for about 40 days and pronounced decisions in Jhajjar’s court. During this time it is claimed that he released more than 2000 prisoners.
In fact, while reading the news in the newspaper, Dhaniram came to know that departmental inquiry is going on against Jhajjar’s Additional Civil Judge. Just from here, I thought in the vicious mind of Dhaniram that why not take advantage of this opportunity. He wrote a letter to the Additional Civil Judge on behalf of the High Court Registrar and sent the judge on leave. At the same time, as long as the additional judge is on leave, he will take over as a judge himself. During this, the decision to release his release in Dhaniram was also pronounced.
Lawyers suspected and absconded before arrest
Dhaniram’s decisions were being discussed rapidly. Getting bail for the accused in jails was shocking for everyone. The lawyers were also surprised how the new judges are being granted bail to all. However, he was arrested for the last time in 2016 and died in 2024 due to a heart attack.
