Indigo Refund Complaint: In the recent past, many IndiGo flights were canceled and delayed. Due to which thousands of passengers were directly affected. The biggest problem was that even after the tickets were cancelled, people did not get the refund on time. Posts started appearing continuously on social media. Seeing the matter escalating, the Civil Aviation Ministry itself had to intervene and gave a deadline to the airline to process the refund. Where to complain if refund is not received?

If your IndiGo flight has been canceled and the refund has not been received yet. So first of all go to the official website of the airline. There, the option of complaint related to refund is available in the Customer Support or Help section. Here you have to fill your PNR number, mobile number, email ID and ticket related information. Your complaint gets registered as soon as you submit the details.

Apart from this, AirSewa portal and app of Civil Aviation Ministry is also active for refund complaints. The complaint registered here goes directly into the ministry’s system. So that action can be taken faster. The special thing is that as soon as the complaint is filed, you get a tracking number. From this number you can see at what stage your complaint is and how far the refund process has reached.

How to complain on AirSewa app

If you want to register your complaint through AirSewa app. So first of all download it from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. After opening the app, sign up or login with your mobile number. After this go to the Grievance Redressal section present on the home screen. Here you have to select the concerned airline. Now upload your PNR number, boarding pass and necessary documents related to ticket or receipt.

After filling all the details, tap on the submit button. As soon as the complaint is filed, you will get a reference number. With which you can track the status. If your complaint is not resolved within 30 days. So you can contact the Grievance Officer of DGCA.
