Let us tell you that on January 31, five rounds of bullets were fired at the Juhu house of filmmaker Rohit Shetty. Mumbai Crime Branch investigation revealed that the vehicle used in the firing was brought from Pune. The car used in the firing belonged to a man from Pune, who had sold it for Rs 30,000 to Aditya Gayaki, one of the accused arrested a few days ago. Later, Aditya Gayaki and second accused Samarth Pomaji left the vehicle at a pre-arranged place in Juhu area of Mumbai.
According to the Crime Branch, the people who bought the car and reached Mumbai did not know who the shooter was, later Shubham Lonkar had ordered the shooter to pick up the car from there and open fire. STF unit in Bahadurgarh along with Mumbai Police has so far arrested five people in this case. Further investigation is going on.
