IPL 2025 Final Weather Report: When the new schedule of IPL 2025 came amid Indo-Pak tension, the date of the final match was extended from May 25 to June 3. At the same time, the final venue was changed to Narendra Modi Stadium (Ahmedabad) from Eden Gardens (Kolkata). The qualifier-2 match between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings was also played in the same ground, which started late due to rain. Since the finals will also be played on this ground, we know how the weather is going to be on the day of the title.

How will the weather be in the final?

RCB defeated Punjab Kings in qualifier-1 and got admission to the finals. The final match is to be played in Ahmedabad on 3 June. According to Aqueder, the sky may be cloudy on June 3, while only 3 percent rainfall is likely in the evening. However, there has been a lot of rain during the day. Strong winds may occur in the evening, but there is little possibility that the rain will interfere in the final match.

Punjab-Mumbai match started late

The second qualifier match between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings was played at the Narendra Modi Stadium. After winning the toss in the match, Punjab had chosen bowling first, but it rained before the first ball was thrown. Due to this, the match started about 2 hours late, but due to the new rules of BCCI, there was no cut in overs.

Similar rules will also apply to the final match. Let us know that BCCI had allotted an additional 120 minute additional time for the playoff matches. This means that the match is not able to start on time due to rain, then the overs will not be cut even when the match starts at 9:30 pm.
