The IPL 2025 started on 22 March. Now the 18th season of the tournament will end in a few days. On June 3, the winning team of IPL 2025 will also be decided. The team winning the title this year will get crores of rupees from the BCCI.
This year’s tournament was canceled for a week due to tension between Indo-Pak. After this, the IPL started again. The first IPL final was to be played on 25 May at Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
But now the title match will be held on June 3 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The team that won this year’s title will get Rs 20 crore from the BCCI, which is equivalent to last year.
At the same time, the runner-up team will get Rs 12.5 crore. While the third and fourth place team will be given Rs 6.5 crore. Apart from this, no amount will be given to the team living on the 5th to 10th position.
Royal Challengers Bangalore, Punjab Kings, Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans made it to the playoffs of IPL 2025. One of these four teams will capture this year’s trophy.
The playoffs of IPL 2025 will start from May 29. Where the first qualifier will be played in Chandigarh. After this, on May 30, there will also be an eliminator match in Chandigarh itself. The qualifier will be held on 2, 1 June and the final on 3 June in Ahmedabad.
